AyurYoga Eco-Ashram

Ayuryoga Eco-Ashram is reopening its doors December 3, 2021 on the banks of River Kabini in Mysore, India. This yoga ashram is unique in its self-sustaining organic farm environment, farm to table vegetarian cuisine, experienced and conscientious instructors, variety of programs featuring ayurvedic treatments, yoga immersions as well as certified 200 & 300 Hr. Teacher Training Programs. It offers the adventure traveler, the yoga practitioner, and the spiritual seeker the opportunity to give back to a community in need just by attending one of its programs. I obtained my 200 RYT Certificate here and hope to return to experience the professional guidance, the peacefulness as well as the vibrant and inspiring community provided by the Ayuryoga Eco-Ashram.
